How to wash vintage beaded shawl?
I thrifted this shawl and it does not have a tag, but from some research it looks like a vintage silk Interlude beaded shawl.
It has that old clothing smell, that transfers to my hands when I handle it. How can I “wash” this shawl safely? My searches just pull up advice for silk garments but don’t ever consider beading. Should this be gently hand-washed, sprayed with something, or what?
