“So, my son Jasper and I were driving home from Vanderbilt when he said he was craving CiCi’s Pizza.

We found one in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and decided to stop in. We were the first customers of the day.

As we sat eating, I noticed an employee sitting alone having lunch. I later learned her name was Diana — and it seemed she may have some mental and/or physical challenges.

Then I saw something that stopped me mid-bite.

The young manager, Brandon, walked by to clear her table… and then came back with a napkin and gently wiped her face.

She beamed at him. Just the purest smile.

And y’all… as the parent of a special needs child, I almost cried right there at the table.

He didn’t know I was watching.
But I told him I saw what he did and how much it meant to me.

His reply?

“I just try to treat people the way my grandparents taught me to.”

We’re so quick to post bad customer service online…
But THIS? This deserves to be shared too.

So if you’re ever in Murfreesboro, Tennessee —
stop by CiCi’s and tell Brandon thank you.

Because the world needs more people like him.” 🌎💛
