K lied about never loving Meri and Janelle, and possibly Christine, too. I thought that was oblivious because his "revelation" that he never loved them happened right after he was dumped multiple times.
Basically, "You can't fire me! I quit!"
I mean, seriously, K even followed up his reveal that he only loved R with, "I would like romantic love with Janelle." In other words, if Janelle changed her mind and took him back, then it would suddenly become, "I only fell in love with Janelle and R, but never Meri and Christine." He just says whatever soothes his shattered ego.
Even Meri and Janelle didn't buy that he never loved them even before he admitted to lying.
