A couple of weeks ago, Mike and I were biking along the boardwalk when we saw something truly heartwarming. A man was walking with his beloved 14-year-old golden retriever, who struggled with her legs. To make sure she could still enjoy the ocean breeze and all its wonderful smells, he had built her a special bed to pull her around.
I couldn’t help but stop and admire the love and dedication he showed. His compassion, kindness, and care were simply extraordinary. Seeing people like him reminds me how much the world needs more love like this.
