“So my kiddos and I went to Target to run some errands. As we were passing by some books, Erick stopped and saw a “Pout-Pout Fish” book. And told me ‘Ohhh Mami can I get this book? It’s my favorite book!’ I told him yes. Then there was a lady next to him who told him how much she liked his t-shirt. He said thank you. A few minutes later she caught up with us and handed Erick a Target gift card! She said she was a teacher and that she loves to see kids read books. And told him, ‘This should cover your Pout-Pout book. Keep reading books and maybe, just like your shirt says, you will become president some day!’ Erick was so happy and I almost cried! I don’t know her name…but thank you so much for your kindness! God bless you!”
