Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ex-assistant “Mia” recounted for the jury in heart-wrenching detail Thursday the numerous times she says the hip hop mogul sexually assaulted her. She continues her testimony Friday.
On the stand for several hours, the woman — sobbing as she testified anonymously under the pseudonym — divulged how she felt controlled and manipulated by the powerful mogul, who was prone to violent rages.
Combs, 55, is accused of using his fame, fortune and many businesses to run a sex-trafficking and racketeering scheme in which he controlled and manipulated girlfriend Cassie Ventura, 38, for over a decade, using violence and threats, and forcing her and others into drug-fueled “freak-off” sex marathons that went on for days.
He faces life in prison if convicted.
The trial is not televised because cameras are prohibited inside the federal courthouse, but we’re there following all the action — so watch this space for the latest updates.
