Governor Gavin Newsom says California will draw new congressional maps that “will END the Trump presidency.”
“Later this week, we’re going to announce the campaign. Next week, the legislature’s going to move this forward with a 2/3 vote,” Newsom told Beto O’Rourke (D-TX) during a one-on-one podcast with the former Texas representative.
“We’re going to get in with a special election on November 4th, and we’re going to fight fire with fire. We’re going to neutralize with whatever [Greg] Abbott does.”
