I’m rewatching from season 12. On episode 8, “The Truth Comes Out.” Kody and Christine are shopping in some furniture store and he’s being his usual stupid dumb self and doesn’t know that a lamp must have a switch. Christine points out that, of course, it must have one. He actually says, “Women would rather be right than be loved.” She says no, and he says, “You can’t have both. You can have ‘You’re right’ or ‘I love you.’”
This worthless meat sack actually picked a fight with his wife because he didn’t know how to turn the stupid lamp on and she did.
And in an attempt to assuage his bruised ego, she tried to hug him and say, “I have both.” He fake laughed and refused to hug her back.
It’s wild how often he actually filmed literal abuse of his wives and their attempts to defuse situations — and pretending that it was acceptable, loving behavior.
Man, fuck that guy forever.
