“Looks like 2 men waiting in line to pay for a meal, right? A resident shared this picture because she caught this Zone 3 officer committing an act of kindness. The officer saw the man outside and invited him in to select what he wanted from the menu – his treat! The resident wrote: ‘this officer bought this hungry man a meal today on the South Side, he spoke politely and with respect to him. I was unable to get his badge number, but thank you for your service and your kindness.”
