Got past the part where we found out about Meri's catfish and it was honestly more lackluster and boring than everybody hyped it up to be. I definitely do feel bad for Meri because you have to be at a very low point to fall for a catfish in my opinion. And when Kody found out that she was catfished he Seemed surprised but that was the only reaction like, he didn't seem upset that she had an emotional affair and he didn't seem all happy that she wanted to stay and be a part of the family. So I can see where people say that this is where Meri and Kody's relationship start to go down the drain because i'm on season 11 now and he doesn't act like he wants to fight for their relationship. I went online trying to find the text and voicemails that she sent to "Sam" and either way its still emotional cheating in my opinion. But Meri really pissed me off when she said she had no intention of ever going to leave the family and that "Sam" was putting those words in her mouth if there's textual evidence and it's so obvious that if "Sam" was real she would have considered leaving and I don't fault Mariah/Leon for being upset with her. Meri used the empty nest syndrome to act out and she wanted people to feel sorry for her (when she should've had a more supportive, vocal, and understanding husband by her side) and she wanted Mariah/Leon to validate her actions but Meri just looks sad, desperate, and embarrassing.
