My mother bought me a set of these bowls, when I got married.
After over 70 years, I still have two of them …the yellow and the red.
The yellow was perfect for cakes and biscuits or to mix up a big batch of macaroni salad or potato salad.
Someone would grab one of the smaller ones for a meal of soup or even cereal.
memories came flooding in when I saw them all together and was thinking they maybe cost a dollar, which was a big deal back then.
I guess they paid for themselves over and over…
