“On a flight from Halifax to Hamilton, Westjet was very accommodating by switching seats for me so my 21 month old could have his own seat. We got lucky enough to sit beside this very sweet, endearing man who immediately shared that he had grandchildren so he was more than happy to interact with my son throughout our 2 hour flight.
Even after having his arm covered with Paw Patrol stickers, sharing his ripped bookmark with him, and various other toddler moments, this man continued to smile and welcome interactions. In the last 15 minutes, my little boy was nearing his limit for being confined in his seat and without question, this man scooped up my son so he could entertain him through his window. I am so grateful to have experienced this act of human kindness!”
