ok i’m very proud of tammy with how far she’s come but genuinely i worry when i see her legs, like does she go to PT or see a orthopedic dr? i say this bc her knees seem to bend in an odd way and it’s genuinely concerning, maybe it’s just the loose skin causing it or her body just got use to walking like that when she had the weight. but now that she’s working on removing loose skin, she needs to work on her bone health too. she could be so much more mobile if she started looking into it and started doing workouts in a setting like PT.
